Cory has been fighting a good fight since he was a boy. The son of an Investigator for the Coroners office, Cory was raised to always do what was right and to think outside the box to solve a problem. After high school Cory worked as the assistant to the Doctor at the Coroners office for many years and was Pre-Med in College. One day Cory had a realization that the medical path wasn’t for him and so he persued another avenue… Real Estate.

Immediately he knew that this was what he loved. He started out as a Mortgage Loan Officer and from there got his Real Estate License and Appraisers License for the knowledge. In 2008 Cory opened his own Brokerage and quickly had agents working underneath him. The next step in his journey was becoming an Investor and doing fix-and-flips. After doing over 100 flips, he was asked to become an International speaker from an elite company teaching thousands of people how to successfully invest in real estate. Cory traveled for 5 years teaching and coaching students.

Cory then started his long term investing of Rental properties which he himself has successfully been able to do for several years now. Once he was able to replicate his success many times over he then expanded to teaching others this model. With several students being able to accomplish the same outcome in their rental portfolio, Cory then decided it is time to start personal coaching to many students on buying & holding rental properties as long term investments.

Cory loves to be involved in our community and continuously gives back to the community in many ways. Cory throws annual events through-out the year for all our clients and supports a local charity while doing it.

Cory selects a local non-profit organization, meets with the director and gets to know their mission. Then after discovering what that non-profit needs the most, he goes to work making sure that everyone who attends our events brings something to contribute. We have raised thousands of dollars in donations for non-profits like Royal Family Kids, ASPCA, Parker Secret Closet and more.

Cory will continue to give back to the community no matter what and loves every second of being a part of this tribe.
